A dental bridge is a fixed (non-removable) appliance and is an excellent way to replace missing teeth.

The two adjacent teeth to the missing space are prepared for crowns and a solid prosthetic piece will “bridge the gap” between the two teeth allowing the patient to chew normally. The bridge is then cemented into place covering the missing space and making it appear that no tooth is lost.
