Experience in restoring teeth and function
Dr. Rostomian’s practice includes general dental care, cosmetic treatment and the restoration of missing or damaged teeth. He has more than two decades of dental experience and postgraduate training in oral and maxillofacial prosthodontics at Loma Linda University.
That background is relevant when treatment involves several teeth, missing teeth or changes to the bite. The starting point remains the same: understand the condition of your mouth, listen to your priorities and explain the available approaches.
A conversation that makes room for your questions
Tell the dentist what you hope to change and what concerns you about treatment. Time, cost, previous experiences and anxiety can all affect a decision. You should be able to ask why a procedure is recommended and whether another option is reasonable.
When a plan involves several stages, ask which step comes first and what needs to happen before the next one. A useful explanation includes the expected visits, maintenance and limitations as well as the intended result.
Preparing for your consultation
Bring a current medication list and any recent dental records or images you have. If you are seeking a second opinion, bring the proposed treatment plan too. It is helpful to identify the symptoms, teeth or changes you would most like to discuss.
Dr. Rostomian speaks English, Armenian and Russian. Tell the team your preferred language when arranging your visit.
